Any time of the year is a good time for baking. We enjoy trying out different gluten-free cookie recipes in the summer when dessert is best kept light and not too filling.
Recently we tried a double chocolate chocolate-chip cookie that is soft and delicious. Because of the almond flour, it is more filling than most cookies and definitely a treat to savor. It was well received by everyone who tried it.
